Join us for a heartfelt journey of healing and empowerment as we share our stories of overcoming adversity and finding strength in vulnerability. Our group of courageous women, who have experienced suffering and are on a journey of healing, believe in the power of storytelling to support and inspire others.

Topic:
Integrating My Shadow
WHAT IS YOUR SHADOW? CARL JUNG DESCRIBES THE SHADOW AS A MORAL CHALLENGE, A HIDDEN PART OF THE EGO THAT IS OFTEN UNCOMFORTABLE TO CONFRONT. TO BECOME CONSCIOUS OF YOUR SHADOW REQUIRES MORAL EFFORT AND SELF-AWARENESS, AS IT INVOLVES ACKNOWLEDGING THE DARK, SUPPRESSED ASPECTS OF YOUR PERSONALITY. THIS CONFRONTATION IS NOT JUST AN ACT OF INTROSPECTION BUT A VITAL STEP TOWARD TRUE SELF-KNOWLEDGE. EMBRACING THE SHADOW ALLOWS FOR GROWTH, TRANSFORMATION, AND THE INTEGRATION OF ALL PARTS OF YOURSELF-BRINGING YOU CLOSER TO YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF.

Submission Guidelines:
- Open to ALL (no writing experience necessary)
- Share your personal true stories of resilience, struggles, growth, and self discovery.

Performance Day:
- Share your story in an open mic style setting (10 Min Max)
- Audience participation and feedback session afterwards (10 Min Max)
- Multimedia elements are welcome & encouraged to enhance your story

Audience:
- $10 Admission Fee
- Open to all kinds of human beings seeking healing and inspiration.
- Only positive and constructive questions or comments will be welcomed.
